The program
In accordance with Decree No. 2008-149 of February 19, 2008, professionals practicing skin penetration tattoo techniques, including permanent makeup and body piercing, are required to undergo training in hygiene and health conditions.

Many trainees have asked us to follow their training preferably during the weekends. To meet this high demand, the Beauté de Femme training center has chosen to offer you most of these sessions Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Friday, Saturday Sunday.

Training
The detailed program
GOALS
Know the general rules of hygiene and health adapted to the implementation;
skin-breaking tattooing and body piercing techniques in connection with the decree;
of December 12, 2008.
For you who are active, regularize your situation by obtaining your
“Hygiene and Sanitation” certificate during one of our next sessions in the first months of 2014.
For you who wish to start your activity, you must make the prior declaration
from the prefecture of your place of activity, attaching your “Hygiene and Sanitation” certificate.
PROGRAM
The training covers the following themes:

Unit 1: Reminder of tattoo and piercing regulations and standards for tattoo inks and piercing jewelry.

Unit 2: General anatomy and physiology of the skin, particularly healing.

Unit 3: Hygiene rules in relation to the content of the order provided for in article R. 1311-4 of the public health code.

Unit 4: General information on allergic and infectious risks, in particular

Unit 5: Sterilization and disinfection.

Unit 6: Rules for worker protection, and in particular infectious accidents by transmission

blood and vaccination obligations and recommendations.

Unit 7: Waste disposal.

Unit 8: Know the different work spaces (cleaning and disinfection).

Unit 9: Knowing how to implement aseptic procedures for a tattoo or piercing procedure
PUBLIC Tattoo artists, piercers, dermographers/beauticians performing permanent makeup.
VALIDATION
A knowledge assessment will be carried out at the start and end of the training.
A training certificate will be given to each participant at the end of the three days of training subject to attendance at the
entire training.

News: ANSM replaces AFSSAPS
Since May 1, 2012, the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) has taken over the missions of the AFSSAPS.
We invite all tattoo, piercing and permanent makeup professionals to keep themselves up to date with their obligations of vigilance regarding the risks linked to their activity by consulting the ANSM website (http://www.ansm.sante.fr) and by downloading the new “Adverse reaction reporting sheet” from the VIVE Association website.
For tattoo, piercing and permanent makeup professionals
